Meeting Spotlight
VRS Meetings & Events has worked with The George Washington University's Medical Faculty Associates (MFA) to produce more than four personalized medical symposiums. In its sixth year of existence, the MFA has grown to include more than 280 physicians providing medical care in forty-one specialty areas.
Most recently VRS supported MFA in the design of the first annual Nuclear Medicine Symposium. This partnership highlights VRS's ability to work side by side with a client to take an internal concept through the creative, design and execution process. This event serves a highly sophisticated and academic audience requiring great attention to detail.
In order to produce the event VRS supported MFA's efforts to obtain CME accreditation for their symposium, grant writing, creation of content and production of all marketing materials, hotel site selection and negotiation, speaker selection, speaker management and collection of speaker materials. In addition to supporting this client through pre-event stages VRS was able to manage meeting vendor's onsite to deliver a highly regarded experience for attendees, sponsors and MFA organizers.
